Here are the latest traffic and travel news from traffic update dot co dot UK at 12:54 pm. Well folks, if you're out and about, here's the latest on the roads. In London, we've got some slow-moving traffic on the A406 North Circular Road near the junction with the A10 Great Cambridge Road. Expect delays in that area. Heading up north to Manchester, there are reports of congestion on the M60 near junction 8 for the A6144 Carrington Spur. So, be prepared for some delays if you're travelling through that part of town. And over in Birmingham, we've got heavy traffic on the M6 around junction 6, especially on the northbound carriageway. So, take it easy if you're heading in or out of the city. In Bristol, there are delays on the M4 near junction 19 for the M32. So, if you're passing through that area, you might want to consider an alternative route. If you're in Glasgow, keep an eye out for slow-moving traffic on the M8 near junction 15 for the Auchenlodment Road. It's a bit sluggish there, so factor in some extra travel time.
