Open consultation: Draft policy proposals for exempting defence-related activities from the Space Industry Act 2018
Exempting defence-related activity from the licence requirements of the Space Industry Act 2018 regarding the launch of sub-orbital rockets and other craft.

We are asking for views regarding some defence-related activities from the Space Industry Act 2018. These activities are completed at Ministry of Defence (MOD) firing sites and conducted by the Armed Forces of UK Allies and their contractors and agents or international treaty organisations.
Armed Forces may include other government defence departments.
