Lane Closures : The hard shoulder, lanes 1, 2 and 3 are closed. Reason : Accident involving an overturned vehicle. Status : Currently Active. Time To Clear : The event is expected to clear between 05:45 and 06:00 on 8 July 2025. Return To Normal : Normal traffic conditions are expected between 05:30 and 05:45 on 8 July 2025. Lanes Closed : There are three of four lanes closed.No Delay, 3.22 miles of Newton-le-Willows.
