Consultation description

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) launched a post implementation review (PIR) of the Train Driving Licences and Certificates Regulations 2010 (as amended).

The review considered whether the regulations remained fit for purpose and achieved their original objectives.

ORR gathered evidence through a consultation survey.
