Return To Normal : Normal traffic conditions are expected between 05:15 and 05:30 on 27 March 2023. Lanes Closed : All lanes are closed. Previous Reason : Following an earlier accident.Severe Disruption - in excess of 3 hours delay or road closure, 4.4 miles of York.
